The show at Phuket Fantasea is really rather impressive and very entertaining to watch. The Phuket Fantasea is located in Kamala and tickets and transport can be arranged by nearly every hotel on the island.

You might want to check around at some of the smaller travel agents near your hotel as their prices for day tours and activities are sometimes cheaper then those found at the hotel. Phuket Fantasea is worth every penny and it certainly is the best Phuket family attraction.

Simon Cabaret does sound a bit strange as a suggestion for Phuket family activities however it really is all rather innocent at Simon Cabaret. The drag shows hosted at the Simon Cabaret are well organized and the shows are rather spectacular. At no time is there any form of explicit act being shown and the shows are very artistic and we are sure your kids will have a great time at Patong based Simon Cabaret.

Phuket Diving

Diving in the Andaman is an incredible experience according to thousands of divers which have explored the waters surrounding Phuket. The Andaman Sea and the Andaman flora and fauna offer ideal diving conditions which has lead to Phuket being ranked a leading world wide diving destination.

The Phuket diving industry has been a corner stone of the tourism industry of Phuket and the south of Thailand. A very popular part of the local diving experience is the Phuket Live aboard cruise.

Phuket Liveaboards

Phuket Liveaboards are basically ships on which divers sleep during a diving trip. Phuket liveaboards take divers to spectacular dive spots throughout the Andaman sea. One of the main Phuket Liveaboard destinations are the Similan Islands and the legendary Phi Phi Islands.

The Phi Phi Islands became famous around the world due to a movie that was shot there which was called the Beach and starred Leonardo Di Caprio. The Phi Phi Islands were struck hard by the Tsunami which occurred on Boxing Day 2004.

Many of the Phi Phi islands hotels were washed away and the coral reef was severely damaged. Unfortunately many tourists staying on the Phi Phi Islands were unable to escape from the lethal waves of the Tsunami.
